    TREATMENT PLANNING SERVICE*

    Only available to Gold and Diamond members.

    ODM offers a Treatment Planning Service for clinicians with our diamond or gold membership plans. 

    It requires the submission of the following:
    -Photographic records
    -OPG and FMS
    -Completion of an online form with relevant medical and dental history and with risk profiling (via online form)
    -Patient expectations aesthetically and functionally from the patient interview

    The Treatment Plan will be completed and returned in 5 days with a speciality team overviewing the data and providing a step by step treatment plan recommendation.
    This plan can be reviewed and presented to the patient in a face to face discussion for high case acceptance.
    In complex cases, the opportunity exists for the dentist and clinical team to do a 15 min ZOOM meeting to review the case recommendations and answer any questions as they relate to scheduling and sequencing the recommended treatment.

    The speciality teams that we reference the recommendations through include:
    -Oral Medicine/Oral Pathologists
    -Periodontists
    -Orthodontists
    -Endodontists
    -Prosthodontists
    -Max-Fax surgeons

    Dr Derry Rogers has over 40 years clinical experience, delivering hands-on seminars for dentists and hygienists around the world as well as running a successful cosmetic and general practice in South Yarra for over 25 years.

    A/Professor Michael Stubbs is an oral medicine specialist with degrees in both Oral Pathology and Oral Medicine. Special areas of interest include the diagnosis and treatment of facial and jaw pain, including temporomandibular disorders. 

    Dr Stubbs lectures frequently on all areas of Oral Medicine nationally.
